Social Media Marketing has become foundational in the marketing field. Word spreads fast through these channels.
The internet is a vast and ever-growing world. It's no wonder people are being fired for refusing to take part in what some might see as an unnecessary procedure, but it still doesn't seem right at all!
The goal of Social Media Marketing should not be to build up an extensive following on social media platforms.
That's right. I don't have tens of thousands (or more) followers on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram either!
My name is not well-known.
However, I have the knowledge and skills needed to handle social media.
Yet, with the Income of:
My content is syndicated through an automated feed, which means that it will appear on your favorite news sites without you asking for my permission.
This feed also has the bonus of ensuring all my latest articles are always available no matter where you go or what device you use!
I sell my business digital products until they are a hit online with an audience.
Additionally, I work on contracts as a freelancer.
Total, I bring in around $4,000+ a month.
I have repeatedly failed with many scams, so yes, I am honest.
What's helped more than anything starting is the True Fan's Rule of 1,000 subscribers.
All you need is a solid, valuable product to market to those True Fans that fix a problem they have.
Now, you will need a way to gather traffic and send it to your offer.
So let me show you how to create traffic & find where your audience will be in the process.
You market your product by locating a group of people that currently needs it to fix a significant problem in life. Once you find this group of people, you begin the promoting process for them.
High-value written content is the way to get their attention. I like both video & written content both, as I think you have two ways of grabbing their attention.
Next, you'll want to find a platform where you can post your content. The trick here is to make sure that this platform already has a group of people looking for your offer.
So many people will take the time to build this elaborate website to find people aren't showing up to buy.
There are two platforms, among many, I would suggest, and those are Medium & Quora, to start with your blogging.
You need to pick the topic that closely relates to your offer and then post your content under that topic.
Keep in mind that with the numbers that these platforms pull, you won't need significant views to turn some decent income from your offer.
If it were me, here's how I would use the incoming traffic to make conversions from the offer I'm marketing.
You'll notice that I use a Call to Action at the end of every article or video with my content.
Remember to repeat what these visitors will receive upon filling in your Opt-In.
Once you've achieved a niched email list, you can market much larger & higher paying offers to your leads in this list; this also will include the digital products you've created.
Now, let's cover how to make your digital products.
Out of all the digital products we could create, let's focus on an e-book. These are just simple to make and sell by way of Social Media Marketing.
The great thing about an e-book is that you can design it, or someone else can design it for you from a freelance site.
Once the product is created, just put a price on it, place it on an e-commerce platform, and then start marketing it – that's the fun part.
I bet you're asking, how do I market my products? First, make sure your product is uploaded to an e-commerce site with a payment processor to take payments online for the sale of your product.
I would recommend setting up an Opt-In page and capturing names & emails into a niche list. Then use that list to market your product or service.
Running discounts, sales, or coupons get attention because many people love getting stuff free or cheaper.
You could run a page redirect, so the offers are shown instantly. However, I still prefer the Opt-In page because you can slowly win them over and get them to trust you as a name or brand.
Different style tactics all have their pros & cons, so the best advice I can give you is to test, test, and see what works best.
Here, we will resort back to the 1,000 True Fans, get our offer out to them a few times, and see how that works.
Find the different platforms and search to find the niche you are offering, then post your offer within that area for great coverage.
You hope that you can convert as many of those visitors as leads by catching their focus with your ad, which will lead to your Opt-In page.
Once you have leads from your Opt-In page, the main focus is to turn them into a customer by a Call to Action in the follow-up emails from your Auto-Responder.
#1. You'll create your digital product.
#2. You'll then market your product via your strategies.
#3. Run promotions weekly & monthly to increase awareness of your brand.
#4. Market your product through the niched email list you built from your Opt-In page.
#5. Try different strategies you gain from others, including Page Redirects.
#6. Do not slow down once you have the ball rolling on all the above. Keep up the pace.
It would help if you had your own Passive Income Business to put these Tactics into use.

Born in Spartanburg, SC, moved to GA for a while as a little kid. Once around 8, my family moved to Kings Mountain, NC, then to Shelby, NC where I graduated and left for the Marine Corps. After getting out I lived in the Greer, Greenville, SC area for 20+ years. I began copywriting and building websites for larger companies and gave it a break. I've been back involved with my business now for the last 10 years, working to stay up on my knowledge of the internet and how fast it was changing. Furthermore, I'm skilled at many things in the Digital Marketing area but love Social Media Management & Blogging/Copywriting.
